Rauðhóll Craters: Explore the Rauðhóll Craters, with an optional short hike to gain a closer view of this stunning volcanic landscape.

Reykjanes Geothermal Power Plant: Visit the Reykjanes Geothermal Power Plant to discover how Iceland harnesses the power of its volcanic activity for sustainable energy production.

Post-Lunch Tour Continues:

Drive through Hópsnes and Reykjanes Lava Fields: After lunch, we’ll drive through the abandoned fishing settlement of Hópsnes and across the dramatic Reykjanes lava fields.

Fagradalsfjall Volcano: Our route takes us near the eruption site at Fagradalsfjall, where you can marvel at the still-active landscape shaped by recent volcanic activity. (An optional hike is available upon request and subject to weather/time availability.)

Grænavatn Lake: Visit Grænavatn, a striking green lake nestled in the Krýsuvík valley, offering a serene stop to enjoy the surrounding nature.

Seltún Geothermal Area: Explore the Seltún Geothermal Area, known for its bubbling mud pools and hot springs. A short hike is available here for those wishing to experience the area up close.

Kleifarvatn Lake: Conclude the tour with a scenic drive along one of Iceland’s most picturesque roads, passing Kleifarvatn Lake. We’ll make short stops for photos along the way to capture the stunning vistas.

Return to Hotel: After a day of discovery, we will return to your hotel.
